About This Role
- Lead design and delivery of scalable, cloud-based data engineering solutions and data lakes using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Drive pre-sales activities including client discussions, technical proposals, and Proof of Concepts.
- Manage and mentor data engineering teams throughout project lifecycle ensuring successful delivery aligned with business goals.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering and cloud-based data solutions.
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
- Experience designing Data Lakes and building ETL/ELT pipelines using Apache Spark, Databricks, AWS Glue, or Azure Data Factory.
- Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and handling end-to-end project delivery including pre-sales.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in architecting secure, scalable data storage and processing architectures on cloud platforms.
- Skilled in implementing data governance, security, and data quality frameworks in complex environments.
- Comfortable leading technical teams and client engagements from pre-sales through implementation in an engineering services context.
