About This Role
- Lead design and development of scalable, resilient backend microservices powering user engagement triggers and partner integrations.
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex backend projects including design, deployment, performance tuning, and incident response.
- Drive architectural decisions and mentoring team members to foster engineering excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in backend development.
- Proficiency in Java, Golang, or Python.
- Experience designing and building distributed systems at scale, including storage systems, caching, and specifically Amazon DynamoDB and relational stores.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Kafka, CI/CD pipelines (Github Actions, Docker).

- Experienced working autonomously in fast-paced environments, able to prioritize and manage delivery timelines.
- Comfortable driving long-term engineering strategy and architectural decisions in distributed backend systems.
- Demonstrated capability in mentoring and growing engineering talent through code reviews and technical leadership.
