About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure full-stack web applications focused on Python backend APIs (FastAPI/Flask) and React.js/TypeScript frontend.
- Leverage AI-enabled development tools to boost coding productivity and integrate secure authentication measures (OAuth2, JWT, mTLS) into APIs.
- Collaborate across DevOps, data scientists, and product managers to deliver reliable product features while supporting colleagues and participating in CI/CD, containerization (Docker), and performance improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years professional full stack engineering experience with proven Python backend API development using FastAPI or Flask.
- Hands-on experience with React.js, TypeScript, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, automated testing (pytest, Jest), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Cursor AI required.
- Experience with PostgreSQL/SQL, Redis caching, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Mid-level to senior full stack engineer comfortable handling both backend and frontend development responsibilities in enterprise-scale environments.
- Familiar with AI-assisted coding practices, security best practices, containerization, and modern DevOps workflows.
- Able to navigate complex integrations and collaborate effectively across distributed teams including offshore/on-site members and multidisciplinary roles.
