About This Role
- Own automation testing for web and Windows applications, ensuring comprehensive automated coverage of product features to accelerate delivery.
- Develop, maintain, and execute automation frameworks using Java/C# and related technologies in an Agile environment.
- Collaborate with global teams to design test strategies, prepare test plans, and produce test reports ensuring quality and compliance with SDLC/STLC processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in automation testing with expertise in web and Windows applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, Specflow, BDD frameworks, and programming skills in Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with version control (e.g., GIT), CI/CD pipeline automation, SQL querying, and testing web services (JSON, XML, REST) using tools like POSTMAN, REST Assured, SOAP UI.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building and scaling automation frameworks and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines within Agile Scrum teams.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex requirements into effective test scenarios and scripts.
- Familiarity with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) testing and defect tracking/test management tools like Jira and TFS/MTM.
