About This Role
- Lead modernization of Procurement application portfolio including re-platforming, refactoring, integration, data migration, and retirement strategies.
- Design and develop front-end (ReactJS) and back-end (Java, Spring Boot) services, deploy and support secure AWS cloud solutions, and implement generative AI use cases using Amazon Bedrock.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle including requirements analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support, while promoting engineering standards and DevSecOps practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Experience with application modernization, cloud migration, or legacy platform transformation is strongly preferred.
- Hands-on technical skills in ReactJS, Java, Spring Boot, AWS cloud, and familiarity with generative AI technologies such as Amazon Bedrock.
- Willingness to work onsite 5 days a week at Whitefield PSN Office, Bangalore, India; Visa sponsorship not available; up to 10% travel may be required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Background in procurement or supplier management enterprise business processes to align technology solutions effectively.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale application modernization projects involving globally distributed teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Technical proficiency in modern front-end and back-end architecture standards, reusable engineering patterns, data integration, and AI-enabled enterprise applications.
