About This Role
- Lead and execute end-to-end testing and validation of the o9 Supply Planning module for multiple business units, ensuring 100% test script coverage and data integrity.
- Support training delivery, stakeholder communication, and change adoption to ensure successful user transition to the new platform.
- Provide go-live hyper care, act as first-level support for end users, and contribute to sustainment planning and process improvement post-implementation.
Minimum Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning or related operational role.
- Familiarity and hands-on exposure with advanced planning tools such as o9, Kinaxis, OMP, or SAP IBP is a necessity.
- Educational qualification: MBA (Operations/Supply Chain Management) or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
- Proficiency working with testing tools like qTest and Jira, and ability to execute detailed test scripts and document defects.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in supply chain planning functions such as Master Production Scheduling, Distribution Planning, and Truck Load Build with strong functional expertise in o9 modules.
- Capable of bridging technical teams and business stakeholders in a cross-functional, multi-market environment under tight timelines.
- Comfortable supporting training, change management, and acting as a single point of contact during transformation and go-live phases.
