About This Role
- Own end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities across multiple sites in India, including RFP management, bid analysis, contract negotiation, and supplier performance.
- Lead adoption, implementation, and training of procurement technology platforms (e.g., India Bravo) ensuring compliance and usage across distributed teams and projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams (cost management, regional/global procurement) to develop procurement strategies, monitor category performance, risk mitigation, and maintain governance and reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of procurement experience with expertise in sourcing management, supplier marketplace, and cost benchmarking.
- Fluent in written and oral English; proficient with MS Office and procurement systems.
- On-site work location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
- Work Experience Required: 5 to 7 years in procurement domain.

- Practitioner experienced in managing cross-functional stakeholder engagement and vendor management in a multi-site, multi-city environment within India.
- Comfortable leading technology adoption and training initiatives for procurement software platforms, ensuring governance adherence.
