About This Role
- Design, develop, deploy, and operate security infrastructure services such as Key Management Systems, manufacturing provisioning, Certificate Authorities, and code-signing infrastructure.
- Own day-to-day operation, reliability, and continuous improvement of foundational security services supporting device provisioning, lifecycle management, and Root of Trust capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with product engineering, IT, manufacturing teams, and partners to embed security throughout product development and manufacturing workflows.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of industry experience in a security engineering role.
- Strong knowledge of Linux environments and proficiency in C/C++, Java, and Python.
- Experience with HTTP(S) services, reverse proxies (Apache or Nginx), VPNs, SSL/TLS configuration, and Hardware Security Modules (HSMs) including PKCS#11 usage.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid setup in Bangalore and travel up to 5% domestically and internationally.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with complex systems in vehicle architectures and manufacturing workflows, particularly in automotive cybersecurity contexts.
- Skilled in cryptographic concepts such as secure key generation, multi-party authorization, and access control mechanisms.
- Capable of managing security infrastructure operations and collaborating cross-functionally with software development, manufacturing, and external partners.
