About This Role
- Lead as Domain Expert and Product Owner for AC & DC Drive software configuration and commissioning tools within the Motion Business Drive Products Division.
- Own stakeholder requirement analysis, domain communication, bug analysis, and high-level resolution planning for software tools.
- Manage delivery timelines, quality standards, roadmap planning, ensuring feature alignment with customer expectations, scalability, and maintainability.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Power Electronic Engineering.
- 8-10 years of experience with variable frequency drives including deep knowledge of AC, DC, Servo drives and motor types.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments; CSPO certification is a plus.
- Work Location: Bangalore, India; Work Model: Hybrid.

- Strong technical domain expertise in motor drives and software tools with hands-on product ownership experience.
- Experienced in stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication within multicultural teams.
- Proven ability to manage product delivery lifecycle in Scaled Agile or Scrum environments with responsibility for roadmap and quality.
