About This Role
- Lead rapid prototyping and PoC delivery of AI-powered solutions for global Supply Chain and Manufacturing functions, ensuring production-readiness and scalability.
- Embed with frontline operations to identify bottlenecks, translate them into technical requirements, and deliver clean, robust Python code driving measurable business impact.
- Design and integrate AI architectures and data pipelines with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, MES), manage agile delivery including backlog and stakeholder communication.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or a quantitative field.
- Professional experience delivering software or digital transformation initiatives with hands-on experience building Generative AI solutions.
- Domain experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, Logistics, or Industrial environments.
- Proficient in production-grade Python coding, modern AI/ML tools (LLM APIs, LangChain etc.), cloud platforms, and strong SQL data skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in hands-on AI engineering roles with operational frontline engagement, balancing technical delivery with stakeholder management and workshop facilitation.
- Practitioner skilled in building scalable enterprise AI/ML prototypes integrating complex industrial and ERP systems, comfortable in agile and rapid iteration environments.
- Strong delivery focus with measurable impact, able to translate ambiguous business problems into AI solutions adopted at scale in supply chain/manufacturing contexts.
