About This Role
- Develop and maintain LLM harnesses and agent loops to convert LLMs into production AI features using tools like LangChain and custom orchestration.
- Design, iterate, and maintain prompt libraries; run structured prompt experiments and evaluate performance against datasets.
- Build and operate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, embeddings, and data parsing pipelines; validate accuracy and collaborate on AI architecture decisions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related technical field.
- 3+ years of AI or data science experience with hands-on LLM-based application development.
- Strong Python and data science stack skills; experience with LLM harnesses, prompt engineering, orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain), and vector databases.
- Engineering proficiency including clean, tested production code, Git, code review, and CI/CD familiarity.

- Experienced in agent and prompt engineering with operational understanding of AI harnesses and RAG systems.
- Strong analytical mindset with iterative experimentation and data-driven AI design decision skills.
- Skilled in integrating AI product features end-to-end within a cross-functional product engineering environment alongside AI Architects and senior engineers.
