About This Role
- Lead design of conversational AI, copilots, and agentic workflows for enterprise products.
- Conduct product discovery and user research to inform AI-driven interaction models.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define AI copilot ecosystem roadmap and evangelize design best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years experience in product design with a focus on AI/ML products.
- Proven expertise designing conversational AI, copilots, or autonomous agentic workflows.
- Strong skills in product discovery, prototyping, user testing, information architecture, and interaction design for GUI and CUI.
- Experience designing for enterprise environments considering scale, security, and professional efficiency.

- Strategic thinker capable of designing complex, multi-turn enterprise AI workflows and seamless interaction systems.
- Experienced in bridging technical AI constraints with intuitive user experiences in enterprise contexts.
