About This Role
- Own and design the central SEO and AI-driven organic growth strategy, aligning it with business goals and managing agency execution.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with product and tech teams to embed SEO/AEO requirements into development and maintain brand search authority.
- Conduct technical audits, QA agency deliverables, and build performance reporting systems focused on SEO and AI metrics.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience leading SEO strategy and managing agency partnerships for high-traffic digital brands.
- Strong expertise in technical SEO including web architecture, JavaScript rendering, crawl budget management, and Core Web Vitals.
- Deep understanding of Traditional SEO and advanced concepts like AEO/GEO, entity mapping, and schema structured data for AI search optimization.
- Work Experience Required: 5 to 8 years in SEO strategy and agency management
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Ability to operate strategically (70%) with strong tactical skills (30%) to audit, debug, and guide SEO and AI search initiatives.
- Experience working in cross-functional environments, able to align marketing, product, and technical stakeholders around SEO and AI discovery business impacts.
- Proactive in adapting SEO strategies to emerging AI-driven search platforms and generative AI answer ecosystems.
