About This Role
- Configure and enhance Moveworks AI Assistant chatbot focused on HR-related automation.
- Support and maintain integrations between Moveworks, ServiceNow, and Workday applications.
- Analyze chatbot data and coordinate testing and deployment of AI enhancements while providing technical support to HR stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant technical experience.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms, AI Assistants/chatbots, and basic API/integration knowledge.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid role based in Pune, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in configuring chatbot conversations/workflows especially on Moveworks or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with HR processes and workflows including onboarding/offboarding and employee self-service.
- Capable of operating in a structured global team environment with strong documentation and multitasking skills.
