About This Role
- Define and execute enterprise-level transformation roadmaps focusing on AI-assisted engineering and AI governance.
- Integrate and lead multidisciplinary workstreams including product, engineering, security, risk, and operations to deliver complex programs.
- Lead executive engagement activities such as steering forums, transformation councils, and key quarterly business reviews to track transformation outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years in technology delivery with 5+ years managing complex enterprise transformation programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field; MBA and AI/program certifications preferred but not mandatory.
- Working knowledge of GenAI, large language models, Agentic AI, AI governance, engineering metrics, and modern SDLC practices.
- Strong experience in Agile, DevOps, cloud, engineering modernization, and proven executive stakeholder management with global delivery exposure.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader comfortable managing global, cross-functional teams within Agile and DevOps environments.
- Deep understanding of AI technologies and governance frameworks to prioritize and govern AI agents and lifecycle controls.
- Skilled in strategic program execution linking technical delivery to measurable business outcomes and governance compliance.
