About This Role
- Manage customer accounts and product portfolios by understanding customer platforms and solutions to align AMD product deliverables accordingly.
- Plan and execute programs ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines, including creating and maintaining schedules, risk logs, and cross-team communications.
- Analyze and publish work performance data, identify risks and issues, and drive mitigation plans to maintain customer satisfaction throughout product lifecycles.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of proven Project & Program Management experience, preferably in semiconductor industry.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering is desired.
- Experience in horizontal leadership/matrix management and flexible working hours to manage global teams (Asia and North America focus).
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years; PMP certification and Agile certification are preferred but not mandatory.

- Comfortable managing complex semiconductor projects involving customer-focused deliverables and alignment with product lifecycles.
