About This Role
- Own operational adoption, governance, and continuous improvement of core underwriting and policy administration systems including Xuber, DPX, and Swift.
- Deliver business change by partnering with technology and project teams, ensuring operational readiness and process updates aligned with changes.
- Manage operational reporting, dashboards, and control monitoring; provide system support and training to underwriting and offshore teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of meaningful experience in AUM (Aon Underwriting Managers) operations or related insurance underwriting operations.
- Graduation or Post Graduation degree required.
- Strong operational experience with underwriting or insurance management platforms is mandatory.
- Work Location: Bangalore, Whitefield; Hybrid working style; Shift Time: 12:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced technology and operational SME familiar with insurance underwriting platforms and delegated authority environments.
- Proven capability in managing offshore or shared service teams and collaborating across business and technology functions.
- Skilled in process mapping, operational design, change management, and data-driven operational reporting with a focus on automation and continuous improvement.
