About This Role
- Define and lead the product vision and end-to-end execution for eBay’s Risk Platform within the Risk & Compliance team.
- Develop and iterate a product roadmap that addresses marketplace risk, leveraging scalable AI-powered and intelligent Risk Decision and Insights capabilities.
- Collaborate with senior risk leaders to align platform strategy and evangelize Risk Platform capabilities internally while focusing on user needs and solution adoption.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years in Product Management, with expertise in Risk, Payments, or e-Commerce domains.
- At least 2+ years of experience in core platform product management.
- Knowledge of Decision Platforms for Fraud Detection/Risk Management and/or Machine Learning Infrastructure is a significant advantage.
- Experience managing complex, multi-phase strategic products and leading cross-functional global teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to define and execute strategic product vision for platform products impacting millions globally.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies and leveraging data-driven insights for product strategy.
- Strong communication skills with demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and user-centric product development in risk-related technologies.
