About This Role
- Manage full facility management service delivery including operations, maintenance, and client SLA/KPI achievement for the assigned site.
- Develop and implement account plan aligned with client objectives to exceed expectations and identify account growth opportunities.
- Lead and oversee facility management teams to ensure compliance, safety, vendor management, and client satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Facilities Management or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in facilities operation or facility management.
- On-site work location: Bengaluru, Karnataka.
- Proficiency in English communication and understanding of vendor management and safety standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience with operations and maintenance in facility management, including handling client SLAs and KPIs.
- Ability to lead teams and drive client-focused service delivery with measurable results.
- Skilled in troubleshooting processes and coordinating across multiple stakeholders including clients and vendors.
