About This Role
- Drive product quality and delivery by developing and maintaining automated test suites and frameworks, targeting a fully automated platform with minimal manual intervention, especially focusing on Generative AI.
- Define and execute quality automation strategy including testing priorities, release roadmaps, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and serve as the SME for automation testing, CI/CD, and release management processes, ensuring compliance and risk management.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of experience in Application Development, Test Automation, Quality Engineering, DevOps, or related technology roles within Financial Services.
- Proficient with automated test frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, UFT or equivalents and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or TeamCity.
- Strong programming/scripting skills in languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in financial services technology with a focus on Capital Markets or related products such as Fixed Income, FX, or Money Markets.
- Ability to operate independently with limited supervision, providing technical leadership and driving quality engineering best practices across teams.
- Proven capability in managing complex DevOps pipelines, release management, and risk-aware quality assurance in mission-critical enterprise environments.
