About This Role
- Design, build, test, and execute marketing campaigns using Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Campaign Classic v8.
- Analyze, validate, and troubleshoot campaign data, audience segments, and workflows to ensure data accuracy and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Analytics, QA, and Development teams to ensure successful campaign delivery and continuous process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent coursework and experience).
- 2+ years of experience in Marketing Technology, Campaign Operations, CRM, or Customer Engagement Platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Campaign Classic v8 (ACC v8).
- Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL queries for data validation.

- Experienced in end-to-end campaign execution within multichannel marketing environments including email, push, and SMS.
- Skilled in interpreting and validating complex data models and schemas to ensure campaign accuracy and compliance.
