About This Role
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for VisionPLUS applications and related payment systems.
- Coordinate UAT activities, defect management, and support production incidents to ensure timely and quality delivery of payment-related solutions.
- Collaborate with business, development, testing, and support teams to enable system enhancements, integrations, and upgrades within agreed scope and standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of Business Analyst experience, with hands-on expertise in VisionPLUS modules such as CMS, FAS, TRAMS, VMX.
- Strong experience in the credit card and payments domain with knowledge of related business processes and system functionality.
- Working knowledge of SQL, SDLC, Agile methodologies, and experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements traceability documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Analysis, Engineering or related field; equivalent relevant experience considered.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated capability in translating complex payment system requirements into functional specifications with focus on VisionPLUS software.
- Experienced in coordinating multi-stakeholder delivery efforts including UAT, defect management, and production support in a banking or financial services environment.
- Skilled in gap analysis and impact assessment for payment solutions with knowledge of APIs and digital payment platforms preferred.
