About This Role
- Lead technical design and delivery of scalable full-stack solutions using C#/.NET and Next.js/React in cloud-native applications.
- Set engineering direction, influence architecture and standards across multiple teams and applications on AWS and/or Azure.
- Own resolution of complex production issues, drive root-cause analysis, and deliver systemic improvements to reduce operational risk.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of software engineering experience including leadership of complex systems affecting multiple teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related engineering field.
- Extensive hands-on experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core and modern web frameworks Next.js, React, plus cloud-native deployments on AWS and/or Azure.
- Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Azure Bicep) and strong knowledge of security best practices in software development.

- Experienced technical leader capable of influencing cross-team engineering strategy and driving high engineering standards without formal authority.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architecture, distributed systems, and secure, scalable API and backend development.
- Proven operator with strong debugging, root-cause analysis skills and a focus on operational excellence and reducing production issues.
