About This Role
- Lead the transition to fully automated CI/CD pipelines for deployment and operations within Solera's AWS cloud footprint.
- Own and continuously develop Infrastructure as Code for cloud resources, ensuring stability across all environments.
- Manage operational costs, capacity planning, security policy enforcement, and support Dev/QA teams within a 24x7x365 global SaaS/PaaS operation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent; Master's preferred.
- 8+ years experience managing CI/CD pipelines for cloud-deployed systems, specifically with AWS services.
- 8+ years in 24x7x365 global SaaS/PaaS operational environments.
- Proficiency with virtualization, Docker containers, and scripting languages such as PowerShell, batch, bash, or Python.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing and managing complex systems combining legacy and modern technologies within fast-paced environments.
- Strong expertise across the CI/CD and infrastructure stacks listed (e.g., GitHub Actions, Helm, Terraform, AWS services).
- Able to operate effectively as DevOps lead in cross-functional teams with strong ownership and balancing multiple priorities.
