About This Role
- Own the full Android app lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of native Android applications.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to deliver scalable, consumer-facing travel products.
- Ensure app security compliance as per ISMS policies and improve app performance through bug fixes and optimization.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional experience in Android development, preferably in product-focused startups or cutting-edge organizations.
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Engineering from reputed institutions (IITs or equivalent preferred).
- Strong proficiency with Android SDK, Kotlin/Java, Android Architecture Components, Dagger 2/Hilt, and MVVM architecture.
- Experience with application lifecycle tools including debugging, unit testing, continuous integration, deployment, and app security measures.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in developing and deploying production-grade Android apps with a strong command over modern architecture and design patterns.
- Able to leverage AI-assisted coding tools to enhance development speed and quality.
- Background or interest in travel industry or internet companies is a plus for product domain alignment.
