About This Role
- Manage day-to-day AR calling activities to ensure timely patient or payer follow-up and support denial management within RCM operations.
- Analyze AR calling and denial trends to identify issues and improvement opportunities, coordinating with internal partners for resolution.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation by updating work queues, operational systems, and reporting daily/weekly activity metrics accurately, using AI-enabled tools to assist workflow efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in healthcare operations, RCM, or related claims/AR workflows.
- Practical experience with AR calling and denial management, including reviewing denial details and progressing cases appropriately.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word).
- Hybrid work location requirement in Chennai, India.

- Familiar with RCM concepts and standard operational workflows, skilled in managing detailed operational tasks and documentation in a compliance-driven environment.
- Comfortable working with operational systems, following SOPs, and maintaining quality standards under time-sensitive conditions.
- Able to utilize AI-assisted tools to support routine AR calling and denial investigations while retaining responsibility for operational decisions.
