About This Role
- Manage day-to-day AR calling activities ensuring timely patient or payer follow-up according to workflow standards.
- Support denial management by identifying denial causes, coordinating escalations, and ensuring next steps within defined processes.
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation of RCM activities, analyze trends for improvement, and report activity metrics regularly.
Minimum Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle management (RCM), or related claims/accounts receivable workflows.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Experience with AR calling and denial management, including workflow adherence and status tracking using operational systems.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model in Chennai, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience operating within structured RCM workflows focused on accuracy, compliance, and audit-readiness likely to succeed.
- Familiarity with using AI-enabled tools for operational enhancements, with responsibility for validation and final decisions.
- Comfortable coordinating with multiple internal partners to resolve escalations and improve operational consistency.
