About This Role
- Evaluate multifamily and commercial properties to determine appropriate loan amounts through detailed financial modeling.
- Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to support capital market processes and drive pipeline effectiveness using industry research and external data.
- Work with leadership to support existing processes and identify new business opportunities while improving operational processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-4 years of work experience in commercial real estate focusing on Preliminary Loan Sizing/Underwriting for Multifamily properties.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related fields with excellent academic credentials or equivalent experience.
- On-site role in Gurugram, India with 40 scheduled weekly hours.
- Proficiency with financial modeling, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and strong analytical skills in analyzing P&L statements and Rent Rolls.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in commercial debt sizing including multifamily and preferably retail, office, or industrial property types.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and ability to maintain data quality and accuracy under tight deadlines.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a global, diverse team environment, and able to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
