About This Role
- Own the global operation and service delivery of SAP Workload Automation tools and SAP Basis systems across EMEA, APAC, and AMER ensuring SLA compliance.
- Lead migration projects and continuously improve operational models and process automation in workload automation and SAP Basis within Microsoft Azure and datacenter environments.
- Manage technical incident resolution, documentation, risk mitigation, and coordination with internal and external teams for SAP systems and workload automation services.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP Workload Automation and SAP Basis, including S/4 HANA and cloud environments (preferably Microsoft Azure).
- Experience with SAP system administration tasks: system refresh, system copy, backup & recovery, support pack and kernel upgrades, and add-on deployment.
- Hands-on experience in operation and monitoring of SAP systems, databases, OS, and networks, including 2nd and 3rd level support capabilities.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 5+ years in SAP Basis and Workload Automation domains.

- Experienced in managing global, business-critical SAP workload automation services with a focus on SLA-driven operational delivery.
- Able to lead service transformation, develop technical/operational processes, and drive automation within SAP Basis and Workload Automation domains.
- Comfortable working with cloud (Microsoft Azure) and hybrid datacenter environments, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to enhance service stability and performance.
