About This Role
- Lead procurement strategy and category management for Greater China hotels with responsibility over $200M spend, targeting 5-10% cost reduction.
- Own daily management, enhancement, and rollout of e-Procurement platform starting with Holiday Inn Express and expanding to other brands.
- Coach and manage cluster purchase champions and merchandising teams to drive central procurement execution and deliver value to hotels and owners.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years frontline procurement experience, preferably in a large blue chip company.
- At least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Bachelor's degree in a commercial discipline or above.
- Competence in Sourcing Management Process including analytics, RFP, negotiation, contracting; hotel category spend knowledge; strong contract and finance knowledge.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading complex cross-functional procurement projects in hospitality or similar sectors.
- Strong strategic category management skills with ability to influence and drive change across multiple stakeholders.
- Proven ability to coach and lead teams, manage supplier relationships, and execute digital procurement platforms at scale.
