About This Role
- Design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions for large, complex projects independently.
- Provide technical leadership, coaching, and guidance to onsite and offshore teams, including Agile project and team planning.
- Establish metric-driven goals and report status, risks, and mitigation strategies to key stakeholders; participate in on-call rotation when required.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years of technical experience in software development.
- At least 2 years of experience with full lifecycle Agile software development.
- Effective communication and planning skills to deliver high quality software on time.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading Agile development teams in complex software projects.
- Capable of managing both onsite and offshore software delivery teams with technical leadership.
- Familiarity or experience in health and human services or post-acute marketplace is preferred but not mandatory.
