About This Role
- Lead implementation of AI capabilities within the Quality Engineering lifecycle to improve software quality and engineering productivity.
- Develop and maintain AI-enabled QE standards, templates, and reusable assets across the product portfolio.
- Coach and influence engineering teams to adopt consistent AI-assisted Quality Engineering practices aligned with the QE & AI Transformation roadmap.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, test automation, and modern software delivery practices.
- Practical experience implementing AI-enabled Quality Engineering solutions and integrating AI tools into QE workflows.
- Strong understanding of automation frameworks, CI/CD, risk-based testing, and Quality Engineering best practices.
- Location requirement: Pune, India (Full-time).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement AI-assisted workflows and develop reusable AI engineering assets within software quality environments.
- Experience working closely with technical and product leaders to influence and align QE practices across multiple products.
- Skilled in applying responsible AI principles and AI evaluation standards within Quality Engineering contexts.
