About This Role
- Partner with vendors and global procurement to obtain, review, and maintain regulatory documentation for raw materials in flavor industry.
- Perform regulatory compliance reviews and determine approval status of raw materials based on vendor documentation and regulations.
- Maintain and update regulatory databases; collaborate cross-functionally to address regulatory issues and monitor global regulatory requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or relevant discipline.
- 1-3 years experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in flavors, food, or chemical industry.
- Good knowledge of legal and safety aspects of flavors.
- Role is based in Mumbai, India (remote).

- Experienced in food/flavor regulation with ability to read and interpret related regulations.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and meeting demanding deadlines independently.
- Has strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across functions and with vendors.
