About This Role
- Lead design, development, and implementation of automated testing solutions for REST APIs, ensuring quality and industry standards adherence.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using REST Assured API, and analyze results to identify defects and collaborate on issue resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize testing requirements and continuously improve testing methodologies and tools.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Typically 8 years of software engineering experience, with minimum 5 years in API testing and automation.
- Expert-level certification in REST API testing (e.g., REST API TESTING 3) or equivalent.
- Strong proficiency in Java and experience with automated testing frameworks such as REST Assured API.
