About This Role
- Manage end-to-end execution of cross-functional projects ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and quality standards.
- Drive project governance by implementing standardized tracking, reporting, and review mechanisms.
- Support Continuous Improvement goals by identifying process gaps and implementing enhancements across global teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 8-10 years overall experience with at least 5 years in Continuous Improvement, Automation, Business Transformation, or Process Excellence roles.
- Experience in project management or process improvement with exposure to managing multiple projects and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Work location: Hybrid model based in Noida/Pune, India.

- Experienced in leading Continuous Improvement initiatives across cross-functional and global teams with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in project governance, executive communication, and leading leadership reviews and presentations.
