About This Role
- Develop and deliver customer-facing AI Governance solutions, including demonstrations, integrations, automations, and proof-of-value implementations.
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and technical support for strategic enterprise customer engagements.
- Create reusable implementation assets and influence product strategy based on real-world deployment and customer feedback.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years experience in Software Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, Customer Engineering, or Forward Deployed Engineering.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar languages.
- Experience with integrations, APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and enterprise SaaS implementations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

- Experienced in bridging solution architecture, customer engineering, and product development in AI Governance or related domains.
- Proficient in designing scalable technical solutions that map business requirements to enterprise software implementations.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments with a strong focus on innovation balanced with execution.
