About This Role
- Lead AI Governance initiatives within the Design Partner Program, partnering with key enterprise customers to operationalize AI governance at scale.
- Translate complex AI governance, regulatory, and business needs into scalable platform features, reference architectures, and product roadmap priorities.
- Serve as a bridge between customers, product management, engineering, and leadership to influence product direction and deliver measurable customer outcomes in AI governance.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years experience in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, or strategic customer-facing roles within enterprise SaaS.
- Deep expertise in AI Governance, Responsible AI, AI Risk Management, Privacy, Security, Compliance, or related governance domains.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years in relevant roles.

- Proven ability to engage with executives, architects, engineers, legal, privacy, and governance stakeholders in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong technical and strategic thinker with demonstrated success shaping product strategy through customer engagement and solution design.
- Experienced in designing scalable, secure SaaS solutions with domain knowledge of AI technologies, generative AI, and AI governance frameworks.
