About This Role
- Lead automation testing for web and Windows applications, ensuring complete automation coverage of product features.
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Java/C# and integrate with CI/CD pipelines to reduce delivery timelines.
- Design and execute test strategies including test scenarios, scripts, and reports, supporting Agile/Scrum environments.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in automation testing for web and Windows-based applications.
- Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, Specflow, BDD, Protractor, WebDriver IO and programming languages like Java, C#, Python, JavaScript.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
- Experience with SQL queries, version control tools (e.g., GIT), defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira), and test management tools (e.g., TFS/MTM, ALM).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Agile/Scrum environments with strong understanding of SDLC and STLC processes and multiple testing types (sanity, functional, integration, exploratory).
- Capable of translating complex requirements into detailed test strategies, including risk analysis and reporting.
- Exposure to testing laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and hands-on knowledge of web services testing (REST, SOAP) is advantageous.
