About This Role
- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and manage both manual and automated testing activities including API and web application testing.
- Lead and mentor a QA engineering team, coordinating tasks, conducting reviews, and ensuring adherence to testing standards and productivity.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks/scripts using C#, Typescript, Selenium and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 8 to 10 years of relevant work experience in software quality assurance and automation testing.
- Proficiency in C#, Typescript, Selenium WebDriver, Selenium Grid, and test automation frameworks like NUnit or MSTest.
- Experience with API testing tools such as RestSharp, as well as strong SQL/database knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree or MCA in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.

- Experienced in leading QA teams within Agile development environments and managing comprehensive test lifecycle.
- Strong technical background with hands-on expertise in automation scripting, CI/CD integration, API and web automation testing.
- Effective in stakeholder collaboration and reporting, with the ability to improve testing processes and quality standards.
