About This Role
- Lead and mentor a QA automation team responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining automated test frameworks and scripts using C#, Selenium, and Typescript.
- Manage test strategies, plans, schedules, and execution for manual and automated testing including API testing with RestSharp integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables through continuous improvement of testing processes and reporting defects and test metrics.
Minimum Requirements
- 8 to 10 years of relevant QA automation experience.
- Proficiency in C#, Typescript, Selenium WebDriver, and API test automation with tools like RestSharp.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database validation, experience with test automation frameworks (NUnit, MSTest, WebDriver IO), and CI/CD integration (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab).
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MCA, or equivalent.

- Experienced leader able to mentor and coordinate a QA automation team in Agile environments with participation in Scrum ceremonies.
- Technical depth in multiple test automation tools and programming languages combined with hands-on experience integrating automation into CI/CD workflows.
- Skilled at stakeholder collaboration for test planning, risk mitigation, defect management, and continuous process improvement.
