About This Role
- Develop and implement test strategies, including manual and automated testing, for software projects.
- Lead and mentor a QA team and manage their productivity, testing standards adherence, and performance.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts using C#, Selenium, Typescript, integrate with CI/CD pipelines, and test RESTful APIs.
Minimum Requirements
- 8 to 10 years of experience in software testing or QA roles.
- Proficient in C#, Typescript, Selenium WebDriver and Grid, and test automation frameworks like NUnit or MSTest.
- Experience with API testing tools such as RestSharp, and familiarity with SQL, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps), and version control (Git).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.

- Experienced in leading teams in Agile environments, actively participating in Scrum ceremonies and coordinating testing efforts.
- Strong hands-on expertise in developing automation frameworks supporting web and API testing integrated with CI/CD pipelines.
- Skilled at collaborating across global teams, driving quality improvements, and managing testing lifecycle with strong process orientation.
