About This Role
- Lead design and development of enterprise-grade Python applications focused on performance optimization.
- Mentor and manage a team of Python developers, handling customer and stakeholder engagement independently.

Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant programming experience in Python and C++.
- Strong understanding and extensive experience in Python programming, including advanced features.
- Mandatory knowledge of Gen AI concepts and experience with version control tools like GIT & Bitbucket.
- Experience working in Agile Scrum development environment; BE or M Tech degree required.

- Strong background in scalable feature design and implementation using design patterns and industry best practices.
- Technical depth in Python, Gen AI, data structures, algorithms, multithreading, and software lifecycle from design to release.
