About This Role
- Lead and manage a team responsible for complex treasury finance analytics and key metrics.
- Oversee liquidity risk management, capital management, financial performance, and compliance within Treasury.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and act as primary escalation point for Treasury reporting processes, ensuring clear communication to senior management.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of Treasury experience or equivalent via work, training, military experience, or education.
- 2+ years of leadership experience.
- Experience in Treasury related to EMEA Liquidity, LCR, NSFR, ALMM, PRA 110, internal Liquidity Stress testing, Treasury, Liquidity, IRRBB is a must.
- Experience with Alteryx, Power BI, Python is an advantage; CA, CFA, MBA (Finance), FRM qualifications desired.

- Capable of leading complex projects impacting multiple business lines and implementing risk and compliance initiatives.
