About This Role
- Own product quality and define AI-first engineering and automated validation solutions for the Account Information Platform.
- Lead and implement agentic AI use cases in test design, automation, execution, analysis, and reporting to enhance quality engineering.
- Manage test strategy, risk assessment, regression execution, release-readiness reporting, and quality sign-off for production releases.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 14 years of IT industry experience with strong hands-on software development, test engineering and product quality ownership.
- Expert-level Java programming skills and hands-on experience with Selenium and Playwright for automation framework design and execution.
- Experience with AI-based testing approaches including generative AI, autonomous agents, prompt engineering, and AI-generated code evaluation.
- Experience integrating automated validation and AI-enabled testing into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI or GitHub Actions.

- Demonstrated technical leadership with ability to remain hands-on while leading quality engineering and delivering business outcomes.
- Strong agents-first mindset to identify and implement where AI agents improve test coverage, productivity, and release confidence with human oversight.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, architecture, development, and platform teams in complex, business-critical system environments.
