About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain complex Power BI dashboards and reports using DAX, Power Query, and advanced data modelling techniques.
- Build and optimize data models within the Power BI semantic layer to ensure performance and scalability.
- Administer Power BI workspaces, manage user access, and implement data governance and security measures, leveraging the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem for data integration and warehousing.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 7+ years of proven experience as a Power BI Developer.
- Extensive experience with Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, and Microsoft Fabric ecosystem (e.g., Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Data Lake).
- Work Experience Required: 7+ years as Power BI Developer.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong expertise in data modelling and semantic layer design within Power BI environments.
- Experienced in integrating Microsoft Fabric tools for transformational and warehousing tasks.
- Familiarity with Tableau, especially migrating dashboards from Tableau to Power BI, is a significant advantage.
