About This Role
- Design and maintain production-grade AI services incorporating agents, large language models, retrieval pipelines, and external tool integrations.
- Develop and enhance mobile applications embedding AI agentic capabilities, conversational workflows, and secure backend integrations.
- Ensure engineering quality via unit/integration testing, performance tuning, logging, metrics, and collaborate with stakeholders to refine technical solutions and improve scalability.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with backend, platform, or full-stack systems in production.
- Experience building or supporting mobile applications with modern frameworks and delivery practices.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience building distributed services, APIs, and data-driven applications with strong debugging and reliability improvement skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in developing complex AI-enabled systems with practical knowledge of AI agents and conversational workflows.
- Strong focus on engineering quality, ownership of feature delivery, and production support.
- Comfortable collaborating across teams including architects and stakeholders to manage technical risks and scalability.
