About This Role
- Own IT infrastructure and application operations for Manufacturing i4.0 IT applications including application deployments, configurations, and migrations.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and network teams to resolve incidents and ensure day-to-day operations support, maintaining application availability and meeting SLAs/KPIs.
- Provide extended maintenance support including on-call readiness, escalation management, technical documentation, and customer/stakeholder coordination.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of work experience in IT application infrastructure operations or related roles.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Kubernetes core concepts, containerization (Docker), and orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Rancher).
- Proficiency in Linux CLI, scripting (Bash, YAML), and use of infrastructure automation and DevOps tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, Argo CD.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech) or MCA.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in supporting Kubernetes-based projects with ability to troubleshoot critical complex technical issues in containerized environments.
- Familiar with ITIL service management processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management) and delivery of services as per SLAs.
- Comfortable working in shifts with willingness to travel to customer locations and collaborate effectively across onsite and offshore teams.
