About This Role
- Design, develop, configure, and support enterprise AI assistants, copilots, virtual agents, and conversational AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Services, and related technologies.
- Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), semantic search, prompt engineering, and integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and data sources.
- Lead AI solution design initiatives, mentor junior developers, and manage full solution lifecycle including design, development, deployment, and production support.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 to 10 years of work experience in AI solution development.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, conversational AI development, virtual agent development, and generative AI solution design.
- Proficiency in .NET/C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, API development; experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure AI Services.

- Experienced in delivering AI-powered enterprise solutions especially in conversational AI and automation within Agile environments.
- Capable of collaborating with business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions and providing technical leadership and mentorship.
