About This Role
- Own end-to-end machine learning systems including data pipelines, model training, and real-time prediction engines.
- Develop and implement scalable algorithms for real-time recommendations and collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, data scientists, and engineers.
- Conduct data ingestion, cleansing, feature engineering, run A/B tests, and perform statistical analysis to evaluate model impact and improve marketing efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university (Computer Science or related field preferred).
- Experience with Data Science tools/frameworks such as Python, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Pandas, Spark.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques including classification, regression, and clustering.
- Work Experience Required: Preferably working experience in FinTech or Credit Card industry.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in productionizing machine learning models and working within cloud infrastructure, preferably Azure.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and engineers.
- Strong software engineering skills with version control (Git) and writing production-ready code, plus understanding of Generative AI and LLMs.
