About This Role
- Define, establish, and maintain agile operating models and consistent ways of working across multiple Commercial Data & AI teams.
- Automate operational and delivery metrics reporting and routine coordination activities using AI and automation tools to improve delivery predictability and reduce manual overhead.
- Own Agile delivery governance and backlog quality management for assigned teams, including sprint ceremonies, coaching agile maturity, and managing vendor delivery quality.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years experience as Scrum Master, Business Analyst, Agile Delivery Lead, or similar, with experience establishing agile operating models and automating delivery coordination.
- Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and advanced Jira/Confluence proficiency including workflows and dashboard configuration.
- Experience collaborating with program managers and managing vendor-supported delivery in global Agile/product delivery environments.

- Experienced in partnering with leadership to design and harmonize agile practices across multiple teams in a commercial data/AI context.
- Skilled in applying AI and automation tools to optimize delivery coordination, reporting, and backlog hygiene in Agile teams.
- Comfortable navigating global, matrixed teams with vendor resources and translating complex delivery data into clear stakeholder communication.
